Join us for our fall training program for the She Tris Mini Sprint Triathlon at Carnes Crossroads. Our fall program will be a shortened, concentrated program from our other training programs -- straight up!
You will receive a 6 or 8 week training plan, and 2 coached clinics:
Sept. 14th @ 7am I'On Club for Swim Training specific to the She Tris Race plus a Tri 101/all-things-triathlon session.
September 21st @ 7:30am at Blue Sky Endurance for a Bike/Run clinic plus a Transition Clinic.
